Please forward completed forms electronically to Dr Laurie Warfe, President Rotary Club of Foster (see email address below).
The closing date for nominations is 5pm on Sunday, 31 December 2023.
The award will be determined by a selection panel. The selection panel’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding its selection.
Only volunteers are eligible.
Volunteers are considered to be individuals who are not paid for their activities and efforts on behalf of the community (apart from reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses incurred).
The national definition of volunteering states:
“Volunteering is time willingly given for the common good and without financial gain.”
Nominated persons for the Volunteer of the Year Award are expected to have demonstrated involvement with or participation in the Foster Community in 2023.
